Y también es altamente recomendable el documental, ganador de un Oscar, Fog of War , basado en imágenes de archivo y en 24 horas de entrevista con el propio McNamara cuando tenía 85 años. El documental es un repaso a la vida de McNamara y la translación de las 11 lecciones que aprendió en la guerra de Vietnam a 11 lecciones para la vida.
